Privacy Policy

Overview

This app ("Lionspeed GP Team", "the App") is a private tool used by the members of the Lionspeed GP motorsport team to coordinate meetings, travel, transport, accommodation, and documents. It is not available to the general public and is only usable by people invited by a team administrator.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information, provided by you or your team administrator:

• Account information: email address, first and last name, password (handled securely by our authentication provider, never stored in plain text).
• Profile information: phone number, date of birth, profile photo, preferred language.
• Team and role information: your team membership, role (e.g. driver, engineer, mechanic), department, and assignments to specific meetings and cars.
• Travel and logistics information: flight or train details, hotel or lodging bookings, car rental information, and transport/shuttle assignments related to team events.
• Documents and media: files, videos, and photos you or your team upload (e.g. technical documents, briefings, car photos), accessed via your device's photo library or file picker with your permission.
• In-app and push notifications: announcements sent by your team, stored and displayed within the App, and optionally delivered as a push notification to your device (via a device push token, which does not identify you personally).

Team Visibility

Because this is a team coordination tool, information you provide (such as your travel plans, phone number, or assignments) may be visible to other members of your team and to your team's administrators, as needed to organize events. It is never visible to people outside your team.

How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to operate the App's core features:

• Organizing team rosters, car assignments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinating travel, accommodation, and transport between team members.
• Sharing documents, videos, and announcements relevant to a meeting.
• Letting you optionally export a meeting's schedule to your device's calendar — the App only writes events you export; it does not read your existing calendar.
• Sending you push notifications for announcements relevant to you (e.g. new documents, videos, or team updates) — you can disable these at any time in your device settings.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

The App is built on Supabase, which provides our database, authentication, and file storage infrastructure. Supabase processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. We do not use any advertising networks, analytics trackers, or crash-reporting SDKs that share your data with third parties.

Data Retention

Your information is retained for as long as you remain a member of a team using the App. If you are removed from every team, your account and associated personal data are deleted.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting your team administrator, or by emailing us directly (see below). We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted based on your team membership and role. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by motorsport team staff and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to team administrators. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
